Salon Policies
5 Day Warranty Repair Policy

We offer a five-day repair policy, which means we will perform any repairs deemed necessary due to our workmanship at no extra charge. Please note that changes in length, shape, or color of your nails do not qualify as repairs.

Our 5-day Warranty Repair Policy does not apply to sets originally done at other salons.
​​
After the five-day period, any repairs will incur a charge, which will be discussed and agreed upon before scheduling or performing the repairs.
​​
Please keep in mind that nails, especially those with extensions, have a lifespan, and the level of care you provide significantly impacts their durability. Recommended time between appointments should not be greater than 2 weeks.

Cancellation & Appointment Commitment

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Out of respect for our technicians and other clients, we ask that you provide advance notice of any changes.
​​
Rescheduling
​

Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a late cancellation.

Cancellations
​

24+ hours’ notice → No fee.

Late cancel/reschedule less than 24 hours’ notice → $20.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows → $20.

Late Arrivals
​​

Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may require a shortened service.

Arrivals 15+ minutes late will be treated as a no-show, and the no-show fee will apply.

Failure to confirm does not cancel the appointment. Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged a $20 no-show fee.
​
A $20 deposit is required for all first-time clients and will be credited toward your service.
​
Clients who repeatedly late cancel or fail to show for appointments will be required to prepay for services prior to booking future appointments.

Additional Policies

Respectful conduct is required at all times. Prestige Nail Boutique reserves the right to end services and decline future appointments in the case of inappropriate behavior.

If signs of fungal, ingrown, or other nail infections are present, services may be stopped for your safety.

To preserve a serene and comfortable environment, only clients receiving services may remain in the salon.

For the safety and comfort of all guests, only service animals are permitted. Emotional support animals and pets are not allowed inside the salon.
