Salon Policies

5 Day Warranty Repair Policy

We operate a five-day repair policy. This means that we will carry out any repairs that we consider are as a result of our workmanship free of charge. Change of length or shape of your nails or change of color is not a repair. 

We do not carry out our 5 day Warranty Repair Policy on sets originally done at other salons.

After five-day period, there will be a charge for any repairs. We do not have set prices for this, it will be discussed and agreed upon prior to any repairs being scheduled or carried out. 

Please be aware that your nails (particularly nails with extensions) do have a lifespan, and the level of care you apply to looking after them hugely influences this. The time between appointments should not be greater that 3 weeks.


We require a $20 deposit for first-time clients to book any nail appointments. It goes towards your service and is not refundable in case of no show, cancellation or rescheduling in less then 24 hours.


We require a $20 deposit per person for a group booking of 3 clients and up. It will go towards your services.

In case of no show, cancellation or rescheduling in less than 24 hours, deposit will not be refundable.

In case of partial no show, partial cancellation or partial reschedule, deposit will be used to pay the $20  fee per each client that cancelled or rescheduled their appointment in less then 24 hours of their appointment time.

Cancellation and Rescheduling  Policy

Prestige Nail Boutique requires a minimum of  24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

If your appointment was rescheduled or cancelled prior to 24 hours of your appointment day and time you will not lose your deposit.


You will lose your deposit if you cancel or reschedule your appointment in less then 24 hours of your appointment day and time or don't show for your appointment.

No show, cancellation or reschedule is less then 24 hour of your appointment day and time will result in $20 fee per each client.


For repeat offenders, a $20 deposit will be required each time for any bookings.

Please be aware that if you exceed the 10 min lateness policy and we cannot carry out your appointment, you might be charged $20 lateness fee.

Lateness Policy

We understand that sometimes life can get in the way causing you to be late, however this has a huge impact on our salon and our other clients. It then causes us and our clients to run late too and very much takes away from the top service we aim to provide.


Prestige Nail Boutique offers a 10-minutes grace period  from appointment time. Anything after that, we cannot guarantee service and Prestige Nail Boutique reserves the right to reschedule your appointment.   If you are going to be late, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Online Request Policy

Online requests are not confirmed appointments. Until front desk have messaged you, you have received a confirmation text, and for new clients until you have payed $20 first time client deposit.


Any missing information will result in delays as your request will not be confirmed until front desk reaches out to you and receives all the required information.

After submitting your online request you will receive a text message saying your request has been submitted and awaits approval. Once approved you will receive an additional text message saying your appointment request is approved.

We will try our best but we can't guarantee an exact technician that was originally requested.

Children Supervision Policy

We love children, we have children of our own, but due to the safety considerations, all children must be under supervision and attended by an adult who is not currently receiving the service.
