Salon Policies

5 Day Warranty Repair Policy

 

We offer a five-day repair policy, which means we will perform any repairs deemed necessary due to our workmanship at no extra charge. Please note that changes in length, shape, or color of your nails do not qualify as repairs.

Our 5-day Warranty Repair Policy does not apply to sets originally done at other salons. 

​

After the five-day period, any repairs will incur a charge, which will be discussed and agreed upon before scheduling or performing the repairs.

​

Please keep in mind that nails, especially those with extensions, have a lifespan, and the level of care you provide significantly impacts their durability. Recommended time between appointments should not be greater than 2 weeks.

 

 

Deposit

 

We require a $20 deposit for first-time clients to book any nail appointments. Deposit will be used towards your services and is non-refundable in the event of a no-show, cancellation, or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice.

For group bookings of three clients or more, a $20 deposit per person is also required, which can be used towards your services.

​

In cases of no-show, cancellation, or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will not be refundable.

​

In the event of a partial no-show, partial cancellation, or partial reschedule, the deposit will be used to cover the $20 fee for each client who cancels or reschedules their appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice.

 

 

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

 

Prestige Nail Boutique requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with more than 24 hours' notice, you will not lose your deposit.

However, if you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice of your appointment or do not show up, you will lose your deposit.

​

No show, cancellation or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice of your Group Booking will result in $20 fee per each client.

​

For repeat offenders, a $20 deposit will be required for each future booking.

​

Please also note that if you exceed the 10-minute lateness policy and we cannot proceed with your appointment, you may incur a $20 lateness fee.

 

Lateness Policy

 

At Prestige Nail Boutique, we offer a 10-minute grace period from your appointment time. If you arrive after this period, we cannot guarantee service and reserve the right to reschedule your appointment.

​

If you anticipate being late, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

 

 

Online Request Policy

 

Please note that online requests are not confirmed appointments. Your appointment is only confirmed once we have contacted you, you have received a confirmation text, and, for new clients, after you have paid the $20 first-time client deposit.

​

Any missing information will cause delays, as your request will not be confirmed until our front desk reaches out to you and receives all the necessary details.

​

After submitting your online request, you will receive a text message indicating that your request has been submitted and is awaiting approval. Once approved, you will receive an additional text message confirming your appointment.

​

While we will do our best to accommodate your requests, we cannot guarantee that the exact technician requested will be available.

 

 

Children Supervision Policy

 

We love children and understand their importance in our lives, as we have children of our own. However, for safety reasons, all children must be under supervision and attended by an adult who is not currently receiving a service. Thank you for your understanding!
