5 Day Warranty Repair Policy
We operate a five-day repair policy. This means that we will carry out any repairs that we consider are as a result of our workmanship free of charge. Change of length or shape of your nails or change of color is not a repair.
After five-day period, there will be a charge for any repairs. We do not have set prices for this, it will be discussed and agreed upon prior to any repairs being scheduled or carried out.
Please be aware that your nails (particularly nails with extensions) do have a lifespan, and the level of care you apply to looking after them hugely influences this. The time between appointments should not be greater that 3 weeks
We require a $20 deposit for the first-time clients to book any nail appointments. It goes towards your service and is not refundable in case of lateness, cancel or no show.
We require a $25 deposit per person for a group booking of 3 clients and up. It will go towards your services.
In case of no show or cancellation in less than 24 hours, deposit will not be refundable.
In case of partial no show deposit will be used to pay for the services that were confirmed and not cancelled within 24 hours of appointment
Prestige Nail Boutique requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel/ reschedule an appointment.
If your appointment was rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours prior to your appointment day and time you will not lose your deposit.
You will lose your deposit in case of cancellation or no show. If no deposit was required at the time of booking, in case of no show or cancellation there will be a $20 fee to rebook any future appointments.
Please be aware that if you exceed the 10 min lateness policy and we cannot carry out your appointment, you will be charged $20 lateness fee
We understand that sometimes life can get in the way causing you to be late, however this has a huge impact on our salon and our other clients. It then causes us and our clients to run late too and very much takes away from the top service we aim to provide.
Prestige Nail Boutique operates a 10-minute period of discretion from the allotted appointment time. For anything after this, we cannot guarantee we will still be able to honor your appointment. Please be aware you will be charged $20 if you are any longer that 10 minutes late. If you know you will be running late, please let us know as soon as you can, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
